- Dates: Arrival is between 4-6pm on Thursday, October 24, 2024 and departure will take place on Sunday October 27th by 10am
- Location: 1.5 hours outside of Denver
- Cost: $2100-2500 depending on room selection
- Cancellation policy: Refund minus $100 administration fee offered prior to September 24, 2024. No refund after September 24, 2024.
- Everyone must complete an intake form which we will review to ensure this retreat is a good fit. This helps to ensure a safe retreat for all.

We are both trained and experienced practitioners and group facilitators, however we are not Licensed Natural Medicine Facilitators through the State of Colorado. The mushrooms you will receive are gifts from us to you. And your experience with the mushrooms are legal for your personal use through the Prop 122 Natural Medicine Act (PS. the State requires us to say this).

Meet your Facilitators
Laurel Hicks
I am many things – a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, avid mental health researcher, healer, seeker, friend, partner, advocate, nature-lover, wanderer, initiated priestess & alchemist, hedge witch, sacred space creator, plant medicine explorer and doula and most of all – a human being. I am constantly learning, growing, and moving toward living a more authentic and joyful life, and am passionate about walking with you as you do the same.
I am inspired to bring an eclectic array of experiences to guiding and supporting people on their own journey. I love to work with people who are on their own spiritual path, seeking purpose, and have the desire to heal and thrive. Those who are curious about the mysteries of life and are interested in exploring a more esoteric path.
You will find me both in academic settings, as well as leading moon circles, teaching yoga and meditation, holding seasonal rituals, and plant medicine retreats. I spend my free time tending to my medicinal herb garden, at the pottery studio and foraging in the foothills of Colorado. I love to create herbal healing potions from my harvests and feel a deep connection to the wisdom of Mother Earth.
Although I am a trained and experienced mental health professional, I will be showing up in this retreat space as an esoteric healer and guide. Colorado laws do not allow me to practice therapy during plant medicinal journeying. I like to consider myself a plant medicine doula…and will cultivate a safe container for your exploration offering love and healing along the way.

I have dedicated myself to living a life of service to others and to hold space for healing and transformation as a soul activator, ritual facilitator, and teacher.
I have been on a journey to unlock my highest potential as a human being for more than 3 decades. I have done this through rich experiences of deep diving into the human condition and through a strong passion to unveiling the mysteries of healing, fear, and ascension. The knowledge received during these experiences has led me to lead a life of devotion to myself and those around me
The gift of motherhood changed me completely. My yoga practice and my work have strengthened because of it and it is so much sweeter to feed that side of me. I have a deep love for sharing ancient wisdom, sacred ceremonies, and shamanic work to energetically create space for deep healing and expansion.
I facilitate retreats, kirtan, breathwork ceremonies and workshops to share these ancient teachings and methods in order to activate souls to step into their highest potential and to help others get in alignment with their purpose.
I love any opportunity to immerse into play. I love to dance, a warm cup of tea, meditating, cooking, playing in the sand, jumping into a warm ocean, paddle boarding and thrift shopping!
